I have a confession to make: I actually like doing paperwork and back office tasks. Since I know that so many people don’t like paperwork, I’ve always made it a point to share as many business related forms and instruction sets on the blog so you can customize them, print them, and send them off to your customers. I hope this leaves you with more time to focus on things you like doing in your Silhouette or Cricut small business – like creating! Today, let’s take a look at all the forms and instructions available on Cutting for Business.
Application Instructions
One way to prevent customer complaints and errors with adhesive and heat transfer vinyl products is to include application instructions when sending products. Here’s several free sets:
- Free, printable car decal instructions for your Silhouette Cameo business
- Free, printable wall decal instructions for your Silhouette Cameo business
- Free Unbranded Printable Tumbler Application Instructions
- Free Unbranded Printable Mug Application Instructions
- Free Printable DIY Heat Transfer Vinyl Application Instructions
- Vinyl Nail Decals – A Profitable Summer Product (with Free Instruction Set!)
Care Cards
If you are selling finished products, it’s a good idea to send care instructions with your products. Similar to a tag in your clothing with washing instructions, these cards tell customers how to take care of their purchase.

Thank you, these are great!
My pleasure!
Christine,
Should we contact you for each of the forms if we want to make changes to them since each of them are “View Only?”
Thank you Christine for your generous spirit.

No. They are “View Only” so people don’t edit them. You can just click “File”, “Download” to download and edit them on your own computer.
You like doing paperwork?! Okay, disbarred from the, “We Are Artist Crafters, Not Accountants” club! LOL Thanks for the recap and putting everything in one place, great info!
I know – I fall into “utterly boring”! 🙂
Thank you so much, Christine. Very generous of you.
Happy to share!
Wow-thank you so much. These will be so helpful when I get up and running!
My pleasure!
I need some kind of password to edit the wood sign order form, help!..I love it and need it badly…thanks so much
No password is needed, instructions are in bold type: https://cuttingforbusiness.com/resource-depot/
I do Mobile paint parties and my clients buy their spot online. For the photo consent, would I be covered if when they purchase a spot to have this in the terms and conditions where there is a check box already checked but if they uncheck it then they can’t purchase. It has my liability (injury), photo consent and non compete clause all written in.
Yes, I’d think that would work well.
How can I edit order forms?
Using any word processing program, like Word.
Hi, Love your site! It would save me so much time. I was wondering how would I get access to your order forms? I’m going to try and sell ornaments at my Granddaughter’s Daycare, and donate the profits to the school.
Hi Maureen! You can access them here: https://cuttingforbusiness.com/resource-depot/.
You are such a blessing, thank you so much.
My pleasure.
I am just now finding your page but it is so very helpful. Thank you so much for the forms and for all your help with getting a cutting business going. How do you suggest taking orders on places like facebook, instagram etc. So far messaging is working but I would like something more orderly
Thank you again
Offering a link on social media to an order form or website is easier than taking orders from messages.
