How to Get a Free Gildan Apparel Color Chart
- Visit Gildan’s website.
- Create an account by first clicking “My Account”, then “Create Account”. You’ll likely need to verify your account by email.Â
- Return to Gildan’s website, and click “Marketing Tools”.Â
- Scroll down and choose the products you would like to order. I ordered the swatch card and the catalog. I love that the swatch card is made with actual fabric samples – so it’s easy to hold up next to heat transfer vinyl to see what the color will look like on the apparel. It also has a chart that tells you which products come in which colors. The catalog is pretty standard and includes information about the products with no prices – great for showing customers. Here’s a sneak peek at the swatch card and the catalog:
5. After you choose your products, checkout. You don’t even have to pay shipping!
Tip: Many manufacturers will provide samples if you ask. Some are free, others you’ll have to pay for – so definitely ask around.

Thanks looking forward to receiving my Swatch Card in the mail. It said it would be 2 weeks due to high demand.
Mine said the same, but it didn’t take that long.
Thank you, this is awesome!
My pleasure Leslie!
Thanks Christine!!
Always happy to share Leigh!
I live in the USA. When it asks for the country code, I have tried putting in 1 and leaving it blank. It seems to not accept either. Is there another code I need to put in? Thanks so much for all you do!
I don’t know why it wouldn’t work. Maybe try it in another browser and see if it helps – if not, shoot them a quick email. Good luck!
They want to charge $75 for the sample of swatches. How do I get this for free?
Hi Tommy, I think you are looking at the wrong product. The swatch color card is free. The fabric guide is $75. The color card is the top option on the page – just double checked.
As usual, when I google for an answer to my question, your blog comes up as the solution! I love it! Thanks for being such a great resource.
What a nice compliment! Thank you!
Woohoo! Thank you for sharing.
My pleasure!
