Wedding season is fast approaching and this year I am excited because I get to plan the decorations for my uncle’s wedding in August! Just another reason to spend countless hours in my craft room with my Silhouettes and Cricuts! 🙂
Today, I’m happy to share a free engagement SVG – Off the Market with you today. This free SVG includes commercial use. Read my license.
Now, I picked this design out of all the wedding designs so that I could show readers something. The phrase “Off the Market” is trademarked under registration numbers 3901262 and 3850554. The registrations cover shirts and buttons. Now, this is my point today: If you find something that you want to use that is trademarked, you can still create and sell it as long as you don’t make the items that the trademark covers.
For example, you can use this file in stationary, a wood sign, or engagement party decor to name a few. Or, you could make shirts and buttons for personal use only. Moral of the story – don’t just look up trademarks – read the registrations, too! Learn more about trademarks on the blog.
