Resource Depot – Forms and Instruction sets for your business

The Resource Depot provides forms that you can use in your Silhouette based business. All forms were created by Cutting for Business, and can be used for any purpose, including craft shows and customer order forms without giving credit to Cutting for Business. If you wish to share the forms with fellow crafters, please direct them to this page to download – rather than uploading the forms elsewhere.

Directions for use: All forms are stored in Google Docs. Click the link of the form you would like to use. Once it opens, click “File”, then “Download As”, and choose a format to save. Then, edit the forms to fit your specific business needs. Be sure to change anything in (parentheses) to your information before sending the form to a customer. There is no need to email asking permission to use.
