I don’t know about you, but I buy a lot of craft supplies on Amazon.com. Like you, I always want to pay the lowest price possible – but I don’t have time to check Amazon regularly for price changes. This is where Camel Camel Camel comes in handy. It’s a price watch tool that I’ve been using for months – and I LOVE IT!
Here’s how it works:
- Visit Amazon.com and find a product that you want to buy, but don’t necessarily need it right away. Copy the link for the product from Amazon.
- Go to Camel Camel Camel and paste the link into the search bar and click the search button.
- Now, you’ll be able to sign up for price drop alerts. In space 1 – enter the desired price you want to pay and in space 2 – enter your email address. The graph shown next to the 3 is the historical price history on Amazon. It’ll show you the lowest price the product has ever been; as well as the highest.
That’s it! This is how I save money buying craft supplies on Amazon – I hope it helps you, too! Do you use and recommend a different price tracker? Share it in the comments so I can check it out.

I'll definitely need to try this! For those purchases I need to make while on Amazon, I trust a web browser add-on called Honey. It alerts me if the same item is available at a lower price, or, if I've already selected the lowest price a "Best Buy" icon appears. It also searches for, and tests different coupon codes to get me the best offer available.

Wow! I consider myself a pretty price savvy shopper but this is definitely something I want to add to my toolbox! Combine this with Honey and I'm going to conquer the online shopping game. Thanks for the great suggestion Christine!
