Best Places to Buy Popsicle Sleeves

Buy From the Manufacturer

Where are the sellers I listed above getting their popsicle sleeves to sell? Resellers are likely buying directly from the manufacturer.

If you need large quantities, there are plenty of manufacturers on both Temu and Alibaba selling popsicle sleeves. Pricing averages $.60 each without accounting for shipping (solid colors) and $1.50 each without shipping (patterns).

Sew Popsicle Sleeves Yourself

If you are handy with a sewing machine, consider making them yourselves. You’ll need a good sewing machine (or serger) and neoprene. Neoprene is the same material that wetsuits and mouse pads are made from. Many online fabric stores carry it.

What Kind of Vinyl to Use with Popsicle Sleeves

You would use heat transfer vinyl and a heat press or iron to personalize the popsicle sleeves.

Alternative Uses for Popsicle Sleeves

Popsicle sleeves can also be used as pencil holders or utensil holders for lunch boxes – it’s just how you market them!

Hi Christine, I have just started using Buy In groups in the last 2 months. I'd be interested to hear why you "feel buy in groups are not where small business owners should shop for blanks.". I am sure you have information I have not and I'd like to be educated. Thank you!

A buy in group is a middleman. They order wholesale and up charge you. You'll get better pricing if you can place the wholesale order yourself.

Hi! I have purchased a round of these Popsicle sleeves and love them but am actually looking for my next round to be the style Popsicle sleeves that are the background for your title photo! Do you have recommendations on where to get that particular style (with a sturdier hem and higher back than front)?

I was a little cold to the idea of popsicle sleeves. But I am starting to grasp the concept, and I have warmed up to the idea. And you could heat press a lot of the sleeves at the same time. (don't heat press them with the popsicle in them)

Yes, John! That's the ultimate tip: don't press with the popsicle inside. Have a great weekend!

Thank you for all the info on these. The one thing thay really concerns me though is the part about the smell and them being sprayed with pesticides before coming in to the US. How safe can that be for little kids or anyone? I don't know much about them, I've been wanting to do some, but that whole pesticide thing scares me. What are your thoughts on this?

Hi Shawna, Nearly every imported fabric item/soft item is sprayed with pesticide during the import process. This is not unique to popsicle sleeves.
