Time again for another Supplier Spotlight on Cutting for Business. This week is a special edition, because it highlights a company that will have a booth at the All Things Silhouette Conference in Georgia this November: Punch Place Plus (who will be changing their company name to Craft Chameleon next year), is now Craft Chameleon owned and operated by Jamie Omahen.
Craft Chameleon supplies blank pieces at wholesale to crafters. Their products include acrylic blanks, metal, glass, and plastic blanks, punches, dies, headbands, dog tags, jewelry and findings, burlap items, tassels, and much more. You may be asking what you could do with all these different shaped blanks? The possibilities are endless! If you’ve seen mason jar or state shaped keychains, monogrammed bracelets, flat ornaments, or larger shaped cut outs embellished with vinyl for sale around the internet, it is possible that the maker purchased their supplies from Craft Chameleon. It is important to note that while Craft Chameleon caters to professional crafters, you do not need to provide any official business forms to be able to place an order.
Here is an image I put together that shows just a tiny fraction of the items available for sale through Craft Chameleon:
In addition to a huge selection of products, owner Jamie manages a large Facebook Group (information is available here) where she provides regular flash sales and templates for each of the shapes. This means that if you buy some acrylic shapes from Craft Chameleon, you can download your template and design your files in Silhouette Studio and have them cut and ready to apply before the products even arrive! Plus, Jamie holds special buy ins throughout the year for group members.
Jamie sent me a few round, mason jar, football, and square blanks to pass onto Cutting for Business Readers. They shipped within 24 hours of my order being processed, and were packaged well in bubble wrap. I urge you to head over to Craft Chameleon and browse Jamie’s large selection. I’m gearing up to start Christmas crafting in the next few weeks, so my favorite products are these cute snow people blanks that I could make into ornaments and these burlap bags that I might freezer paint then fill with holiday related goods for an upcoming silent auction. But, before you run to Craft Chameleon, grab an entry into the giveaway below for the sampler set of acrylic blanks. Hurry though, it is a quick one:
